Great little cafe with a very friendly staff, great food including good vegetarian options. came here a lot when I lived nearby, never regretted it! imo the best cafe on Deptford High Street.

Nice breakfast with runny eggs. But I could only order orange juice by the pint which annoyed me. Good service though.

No frills cafe in the heart of "Fish-ford" high street.
Cheap and VERY cheerful menu, pick-your-own brekkie (I'd recommend the incredibly filling sausage with bubble & squeak, with some scrambled egg on toast, coming to less than 4 quid).
Gets quite busy on market days, but it's got to be the pick of the several greasy-spoons around there. Especially if the funky train-cafe down the road is closed or too busy.
Friendly and quick service, although not brimming with atmosphere. But it is Deptford after all :) -

Everyone in there looks a strange shade of grey but that may be the lighting . Tiny shop front with a massive interior . And all the food you could ever imagine a greasy spoon to offer!
I highly recommend the liver and ice cream with a pint of orange juice!
